Compared to steam filters produced by other manufacturers, our filters offer higher filtration accuracy and efficiency. 

Product Features; 1、Uses American Standard KF or high vacuum flanges. The cylinder seal uses an internal support sealing strip, suitable for vacuum environments, ensuring no issues during use. 2、All-stainless steel flanged structure, overall fixed securely and safely, with no possibility of steam leakage. Internal and external sanitary polishing allows for cleaning and installation without dead corners, suitable for the food and pharmaceutical industries. 3、Pipeline hoisting style installation, with filter inlet and outlet on the same horizontal line. Installing the filter does not require changing the original pipeline layout. The filter is easy to install and does not require additional brackets.

Types of Vacuum Filtration

Vacuum filtration is applied to various types of vacuum pumps and is mainly divided into the following three categories:

Inlet Filtration; Vacuum pump inlet filtration prevents the entry of liquids, solid particles, and potential bacterial contaminants. Internal Filtration; Internal filtration is generally used in low vacuum applications. These devices require lubricating oil to lubricate moving parts, such as in vane pumps. The vacuum oil separator is directly installed inside the vacuum pump, efficiently separating oil from the exhaust gas. Therefore, it can remove all oil mist and smoke. The oil separated from the gas is returned to the vacuum pump's oil lubrication cycle system for reuse, saving costs. Products include: Vacuum pump oil separator

Exhaust Filtration; Exhaust filters are used for oil-lubricated vacuum pumps without internal oil separators and also for vacuum pumps with internal oil separators.
